Engaged!

Yes, as you might have guessed from the title, I am engaged. On sunday, the 12th, my boyfriend Mike proposed to me. I have to tell you the story.
Mike had just finished making dinner. Jasper and I were popping a tape into the VCR to record something. Then we went and sat down to eat. Jasper decided to be silly and fell off his stool he was sitting on. He crawled under the table and popped back up holding something between his fingers asking, "What's this?"
Mike says,"Jasper.....Is it okay with you if I marry your mom?"
Without any hesitation Jasper said," Yes."
Then Mike got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. I was caught totally off guard and was in shock, but I managed to say ,"Yes."
We have not set a date as of yet.
Jasper is doing well in school. Teacher has had nothing but good things to tell me. Makes me proud!
Melissa, I totally understand how you said you feel about the Mamma Bear strength and how protective you are over your children, cuz I feel it too! You feel like you have this extra power when it comes to protecting them. Nobody better mess with your children!!
That's what's been happening here in Lakewood, colorado.

Getting Settled

Well guys, I'm moved in as much as I can be for right now. My parent's will be coming to visit. Can't wait to see them again!
Keelyn, I'll be keeping your mom in my prayers. That has to be a scary thing to go through. Never ben through a hurricane.
Jasper is getting settled at school. He is making new friends.
I'm still working on my medical transcription classes. I wish I had a better memory retention and could learn things faster. Then I would already be done with my classes.
Christy, don't have your email for college.
Tim, I can't think of any good polls to do. There are so many choices for subjects. You could get political and ask who we would vote for, or ask who we think are going to win the football games etc. What about who we think would win the Kentucky Derby (when it comes around)?
Take care all!

Camping pictures

Go to The Sinclair-Lee Picture Gallery to see some pictures from our holiday/vacation in Jenner. Jenner is south of where we went last year (the Lord's Land) We took Bill and Candy's travel trailer to see how it would work out. We had lots of fun and the boys had fun at the beach and hangin' out with Major Rob. The biggest problem was hauling the trailer which at 26ft is incredibly large ;-).
